Sarvesh Sahni is the Marketing Director at iNova Pharmaceuticals, where he leads brand strategy, innovation and commercial growth across Asia, Middle East, Europe and North Africa. He brings over 15 years of consumer healthcare and FMCG leadership across baby care, feminine hygiene, OTC, and hydration and nutrition. Prior to iNova, Sarvesh held senior regional and global marketing roles at Kenvue, most recently leading the global Hydration & Nutritional portfolio, and earlier spent over a decade with Johnson & Johnson across local, regional and global assignments, including a Marketing Director mandate for the Philippines.
He began his career in management consulting at Deloitte. Over his career he has led the turnaround of Johnson's Baby in India, reversing eight years of decline; revived a half-billion-dollar APAC feminine care portfolio through the award-winning 'It's Just a Period' platform, and reignited the hydration category through the launch of WHO Oral Rehydration Solutions and the 'No Die in Diarrhoea' public health initiative. His work has been recognised at Cannes Lions, the Effies, Spikes Asia, Kyoorius and the Nicholas Hall Marketing Awards. Sarvesh is a member of the CMO Council's APAC Advisory Board and a speaker at several CMO Summits. He is based in Singapore.
